Three threads: reference builds of the federal interoperability rules I deliver professionally, multi-agent systems I build on my own time, and public data I’ve curated for reuse.

CMS-0057: Agentic Prior Authorization

Reference implementation of the four FHIR APIs the federal prior-authorization rule requires of payers, with the rule-management control plane separated from request serving.

End-to-end product driven by live connections to Epic (EHR), BCBS (payer rules), and Availity (adjudication engine).

02

Interoperable Patient Data Exchange

Sandbox for third-party app developers and payers to build against the patient-access APIs CMS-9115-F requires, with a FHIR-conformant architecture and a developer portal for app onboarding.

03

Provider Directory Grading

Analyzes and reports data quality of payers’ public Plan-Net FHIR directories against IG conformance, referential integrity, and a composite data-quality index. Healthcare consumer & regulator/compliance team facing evaluation and reporting across ~65 payer directories and ~1.3 B FHIR resources.

Ingestion and scoring run under self-healing orchestration.

agentic AI

01

Fam-Hub

Multi-agent (Google ADK) family coordination OS that plans schedules, trips, meals, and shops your groceries with HITL approver, blast-radius controlled by agent-specific tool limitations.

Layered failure-mode and guardrail testing across the agent surface.

02

TidyDisk

Multi-agentic LLM-as-critic backed consolidation engine for non-destructively organizing personal data hoards, with blast radius bounded by AST enforcement and human in the loop.

US Immigration Filings API

Six years of H-1B LCA, PWD, and PERM disclosures curated into a public API: 321,465 employers, 1.97M wage rows, and 699,177 green-card filings, on Cloudflare Workers + R2.

Search an employer’s history of immigration support for skilled workers, including H-1B filings, PERM-track green-card evidence, job titles, wage data, and sponsorship trends. This is public DOL history, not a guarantee about a specific role or candidate.
